The SME’s Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) line is being renewed with four new HCN-4000 Mazak CNC machining centers and new lift feeding system. After the investment, the FMS line consists of eight HCN-4000 Mazak machining centers and one 5 axle Mazak i600.
During the renewal also the Work Cell Operations (WCO) gets an overhaul. WCO is part of Fastems smart proven machining process (MMS) automation system, what enables active process monitoring of all manual work steps and cells. With the equipment the integration of the work is easily adapted into smart planning, controlling and executing. The renewal enables faster and smoother process flow, thus reduces the capital bound to unfinished goods.
The smart resource management brings the manufacturing equipment and the material flows into correct synergy and allows process planning up to 96 hours in advance. In addition to project planning, finding information from the systems is enhanced with Paperless manufacturing-driven Production Data Management (PDM) due to new equipment designed to be used with paperless production.
By polishing the SME manufacturing process with state-of-the-art equipment and measurement tools, we believe that the products offered to you will be even more competitive.
